Good morning, 

Unfortunately I am left with no choice but to close Reception - Chestnut and Maple classes TODAY as we have 6 members of staff absent due to some positive PCR and Lateral flow tests. With so many staff absent and the unavailability of supply staff we simply do not comply with safe staffing ratios. 

I will contact Public Health England for more advice and be in touch later today with a plan for tomorrow. 

Home learning will be available on Tapestry later this morning. 

I appreciate that this is hugely inconvenient, however, I have informed you as soon as I was aware of the situation and we have to keep everyone safe. Thank you for your support.
